Cowansville, November 7, 2019
In light of the restructuring program that has been put in place by Soccer Canada and Soccer Quebec the soccer clubs in the area (Club de Soccer de Bromont, Association de Soccer Mineur de Cowansville, Club de Soccer de Dunham, Club de Soccer de Lac-Brome, Club de Soccer de St-Alphonse, Club de Soccer de Sutton et FC Waterloo) have decided to join forces by regrouping to form one club.
The new clubs’ mission is to ensure the coordination, the organisation and the promotion of soccer throughout its territory. The putting in place of new structures and activities necessary to continue developing this sport will be ensured through great collaboration. Our priority will always be the promotion of our four inevitable values: PLEASURE, RESPECT, DISCIPLINE and COOPERATION.
This new partnership brings with it a greater efficiency and increasing ability to offer even better services to the citizens of these towns. With the upcoming changes, mostly administrative, it is imperative to note that each of the seven founding clubs will have a representative on the administrative counsel of the new club. Each town will continue to be represented by their citizens, their respective jerseys and will maintain control of their daily activities.
By raising the quality of our organisation within the new soccer club, we are together creating a more favourable environment to ensure that the athletic and humane development of all our members reaches its full potential.
